DB CORP MATRIX V2: Reporter News Submission & Approval Application
Designed the complete UI/UX for the DB CORP MATRIX V2 mobile application, a tool built for the IT department of the Dainik Bhaskar Group. This was a critical project aimed at streamlining the news submission and approval workflow for local reporters. The primary goal was to create a simple, minimal, and user-friendly interface where registered reporters could submit, edit, and attach media to their reports from the field, which would then be verified and approved for publication by the company.

Streamlining the Field-to-Publish Workflow
The project addressed the critical need for a mobile application that allows local reporters to submit, edit, and attach media to their news reports instantly from the field. My primary objective was to design a simple, minimal, and user-friendly interface that transformed the process into an efficient digital workflow. This ensured that the editorial team could quickly verify and approve content for publication, closing the loop between reporting and publishing.

Process and Ideation
The design process began with extensive brainstorming and concept development to define the application's structure. I established the core information architecture, moving from low-fidelity wireframes to defining the color schemes, and then to high-fidelity wireframes. Key design tasks included creating intuitive icons and structuring the content categories for the homepage, ensuring easy navigation for the users. Tools like Figma and Adobe XD were essential for production and creating the final mockups.

Impact and Professional Growth
Successfully designing and delivering the final mockups, including coordinating with the development team, established the foundational interface for this upcoming corporate project. Beyond the product, the internship provided crucial experience in cross-functional communication and presenting design solutions to senior stakeholders. This hands-on assignment was instrumental in translating my theoretical knowledge into practical UI design skills and building confidence in a professional media technology environment.
